Teacher-guided learning

Small activities for thoughtful classroom discussion

Use a question as a discussion starter, a worked example or a printable practice task. Adapt the grade suggestion to your learners and local curriculum.

Invite more than one method

For multiplication, ask learners to compare repeated addition, an array and splitting a factor. Discuss why the methods agree. For reading, distinguish an answer stated in the passage from a reasonable inference.

Use a wrong option to explore a misconception without naming or embarrassing an individual learner. Ask “What might someone be thinking if they chose this?” and return to the evidence.

Use resources without exposing learner information

Print activities or display a question without entering pupil names or uploading photographs. Public quizzes do not require accounts and do not save answers to learner profiles.

Teacher roles are assigned through a trusted staff process, not by choosing a button. Private circles, assignments and class progress tools are not available for public use; do not assume these resources include those features.
